雪霸國家公園雪見遊憩區建造全台首見大型

由雪霸國家公園管理處同仁於園區雪見遊憩區96至98年兩年多來的蝙蝠多樣性自行研究調查結果共發現有3科20種蝙蝠，據統計佔了雪霸園區所有蝙蝠種數（23種）的87%，亦佔了全台灣食蟲蝙蝠（以30種計）的67%。因此，雪霸國家公園可說是國內蝙蝠種數最多的國家公園，而雪霸的雪見遊憩區更是目前國內蝙蝠物種多樣性最高的地點之一。
研究發現，至少有5種雌性蝙蝠有明顯的生殖表現，如懷孕、乳房腫脹與泌乳等現象，分別為無尾葉鼻蝠、台灣小蹄鼻蝠、姬管鼻蝠、大足鼠耳蝠與台灣長耳蝠，顯示本區之棲地品質足夠提供這些物種在生殖成功上所需的條件，包含了棲所、活動覓食空間與食物來源。而在雪見架設的小型蝙蝠巢箱，也發現有台灣管鼻蝠與姬管鼻蝠棲息其中。調查人員更發現，這些蝙蝠會選擇人工巢箱在寒流來臨的期間作為休眠的場所。
有鑑於雪見地區豐富之蝙蝠多樣性，雪霸處同仁自行設計並委請張德奎先生協助製作國內首座大型蝙蝠屋（長約2公尺，寬、高約1.5公尺），適合不同類型之蝙蝠棲息：有傳統百葉窗式、不同寬度之垂直夾板隔間以及屋頂閣樓等多種蝙蝠棲息空間，希望吸引不同棲息型態之物種前來利用。
雪霸處陳處長茂春表示，雪見地區的海拔約2000公尺，加以當地的林相具有較大面積的原始林與次生林的交錯地帶，因而中海拔加上森林的交會區，導致當地的物種多樣性非常豐富。此次於雪見地區建造之大型蝙蝠屋為國內首見，未來若成功吸引蝙蝠入住，亦將搭配紅外線即時影像監控系統，讓民眾得以一窺蝙蝠白天棲息時的樣貌，並提供研究人員進行相關行為觀察之影像資料。
陳處長並指出，雪見地區有這麼多樣的蝙蝠種類，在自然狀況下這些物種會選擇哪裡作為白天棲息的地方？也將是未來進一步研究的方向。

Finnish Flag Description:

龍應台昨天發表新書《大江大海一九四九》，新作透過個人小歷史，導讀大時代。

一九四九後的六十年，彼岸正準備熱烈歡慶「建國六十周年」，匯集中港百位大牌明星的電影「建國大業」隆重上映。在台灣，一九四九的聲音淹沒在金融海嘯與風災中。難道因為，「政府遷台六十周年」不是什麼光榮的事？

失敗聚台形成溫柔的力量

「我以失敗者的下一代為榮！」作家龍應台坐在台北亞都飯店一樓的巴賽麗廳，眼光銳利卻溫柔。「正因為這些失敗者匯聚在台灣，慢慢發展出一種遠離戰爭、國族的價值觀，一種溫柔的力量」；她的眼睛放出光采：「這才是文明的價值！」

香港閉關四百天、再親自走訪中國大江南北、台灣大街小巷，龍應台在兩岸分裂一甲子的大歷史下，孵育出新作「大江大海一九四九」，透過個人小歷史，導讀大時代。

大江大海小歷史看大時代

「大江大海」的開場人物，是一位廿四歲的時髦太太應美君。一九四九年一月，她抱著嬰兒離開家鄉浙江淳安，為了跟擔任憲兵隊長的丈夫龍槐生相聚，涉江渡海來到台灣。

龍槐生和應美君來台後生下的女兒，就叫「應台」。「龍應台」這個名字，其實是將父親（龍）、母親（應）與台灣的命運，緊緊連在一起。

龍應台一開始並不明白。她指著窗口外的風景說，這附近街道賴以命名的大陸地名德惠、錦州、長春、四平街，在她書裡都是屍橫遍野的戰場，她們這一代的父母曾經走過爬過的路。她卻一直要到寫完這本書，才能看透這些名字裡的血痕。

一九九九年，人在德國的龍應台，看到西方處理二戰五十周年的慎重與深度，決定試著打開兩岸的「黑盒子」—一九四九。這個寫作計畫卻因為接受了北市府文化局長一職，暫時擱置。

這十年間，龍應台的父親過世，母親失憶。她驚覺很多「黑盒子」就像「失事飛機的黑盒子沉入深海」，再不寫，「許多門就永遠關上，想敲也敲不開了」。

去年起，她在香港閉關四百天，閱讀浩如江海的史料；並親自走訪父母家鄉、歷史戰場，從大陸松花江走到巴士海峽。只要遇到同代或上代人，她就會像記者一樣調查祖宗三代，「將一片片碎片拼起來！」

許多記憶的「黑盒子」，就這樣突然開啟了。科學家朱經武的父親，曾經跟龍應台的父親在廣州相遇；八歲的蕭萬長，曾親眼目睹救命恩人因二二八事件被槍決，當場向屍體下跪。許多不曾在典籍上出現的「歷史」，在「大江大海」裡波濤洶湧。

下足了歷史功課的龍應台，卻強調自己寫的是「文學作品」。「我先綁了許多歷史磚頭在身上，再一一敲碎，用文學的翅膀飛起來！」龍應台想用「文學的力量」感動讀者，尤其是不知一九四九為何物的年輕世代。

歷史輪迴悲慘故事會重演

因此，貫穿這本書頭尾的，是龍應台十九歲的兒子「飛力普」。收到德國徵兵令的他，向母親提問：我該不該當兵？龍應台用這本書代替答案，也藉此提醒所有年輕讀者深思：「歷史會輪迴，書中所有的悲慘故事，在每一代都可能重新上演！」

Across the Universe is a 2007 American musical film directed by Julie Taymor, produced by Revolution Studios, and distributed by Columbia Pictures. It was released in the United States on October 12, 2007. The script is based on an original story credited to Taymor, Dick Clement, and Ian La Frenais. It incorporates 33 compositions originally written by members of The Beatles.

The film, directed by Taymor, stars Evan Rachel Wood, Jim Sturgess, Joe Anderson, and T. V. Carpio, and introduces Dana Fuchs and Martin Luther McCoy as actors. Cameo appearances are made by Bono, Eddie Izzard, Joe Cocker, Salma Hayek, and others.
